These terms govern billing for Rufkey business directory subscriptions, including attorneys, insurers, inspectors, contractors, and surveyors. Please read them before subscribing to any directory.

Rufkey offers business directory subscriptions at $25 per month per directory. Directories are available for attorneys, insurers, inspectors, contractors, and surveyors. Each directory subscription is separate, so subscribing to the attorney directory does not grant access to the contractor directory or any other directory.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize Rufkey to charge the recurring monthly fee to the payment method on file until the subscription is cancelled.
Directory activation is performed manually by Rufkey or triggered automatically through Stripe once your payment is confirmed. Once activated, your directory listing remains accessible until the subscription expires or is cancelled, regardless of when the activation occurred within the billing period.
If a payment fails or is missed, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period. During this grace period your directory listing remains active and visible while we retry the payment method on file. You may update your payment details at any time during the grace period to restore the subscription.
If payment is not successfully completed by the end of the 7-day grace period, your directory listing is automatically expired and removed from the directory. You may re-subscribe at any time after expiration, which will begin a new billing period and re-activate your listing once payment is confirmed.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or listings removed due to non-payment after the grace period has expired.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect. Your directory listing remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Pricing and these terms may change with advance notice. When pricing changes, existing subscriptions continue at the then-current rate until the next renewal, at which point the new pricing applies. We will notify you in advance of any pricing change affecting your subscription.
Billing disputes are resolved in accordance with our Terms of Use. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact the Rufkey team through the contact form available in your dashboard before initiating a chargeback, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
